The Belgrano 2 Base Crew, together with the Mactrail company, did embark on the ARA Almirante Irizar Icebreaker , a shelter that will be installed
350 km from the Base in the direction of the South Pole. It will serve as a logistical support point for a future expedition.
The Huts should be two, one named âRefugio Base Antarctica Esperanzaâ and the second one named â
Refugio Base Belgrano 2â.
